you need to go speak to the dealer principal... I don't know how it works out here.. but in LA that wouldn't fly... the service advisor is a order taker... you need to have him step aside and start with the service manager, then the GM..
to think that I used to be part of this.. but then again I didn't and still don"t shotgun diagnose...A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have.
