Customise your hood or find an old aluminum saleen hood. Otherwise you are going to have a gap in fiberglass and carbon fiber hoods when using hood shocks. Or for $$$$ sake keep the prop rod. I relocated the prop rod hole on my hood to give it a lower look, just something different since I decided to keep the prop.
