upgraded your bushings?

Has anyone done this to the front control arms? Did you press them out? I'm keeping the sleeves in and putting polys in.

Front A-arms, I just did them on my fox and balljoints. What a pain

I have a special tool for the 8.8 housing bushings that works great, not sure if it would work on the front but think it might, if you want to come by my house with a control arm you are welcome to try, i am at power and mckelips in mesa
