what do i need to have in order to do this? anything special? my car is stock suspension with just some toyo proxies. id like to go!

nope, mostly car shows here....

any passenger car with good tires and emptytrunk . bring a tote to put your stuff in to leave in the parking space . its you against time around the cones they have loaner helmets.be there at 7-8 to walk the track it is every month a different one

Andy do you have to attend a driver class before you can participate? Will there be instructors riding in your car with you?

I don't think you need to take a drivers course.
