The Mustang is back on the road.
I got my '89 LX Notch back on the road a few days ago. Everything seems great so far. It's currently at the paint shop getting the driver's door and front bumper painted.
Combinations is as follows:
* Stock 302 block
* Probe Industries 8.5:1 306CI rotating assembly balanced to 28oz.
* AFR 165CC cylinder heads
* Comp Cams' blower camshaft
* TFS Track Heat intake
* Mac LT's w/ Prochamber mid-pipe and Dynomax Ultra-flow mufflers
* Tremec 3550 transmission w/ Mcleod SFI bellhousing and Spec stg. III
* Vortech S Trim @ 14PSI
* 255LPH in-tank w/ 42# injectors
With the old motor and the wimpier camshaft, it made 483RWHP/472RWTQ. Hopefully Devin can work some of his magic and get this thing to 500RWHP (if the stock fuel lines and rails allow it).
Here's a pic of it from yesterday:

If anyone knows someone looking for 4-lug Weld Draglites in the near future, I'll be selling mine!
Enjoy!

Dang, those '95 Cobra R's look pretty sweet.
The guy I had repaint parts of the car charged me $400. That included painting the entire driver's side and reshooting the front bumper (color sanding and removing the pin stripes as well). My car is far from having super nice paint, but still looks good for an 18 year old car. If you'd like, I can put you in contact w/ the guy who painted it.
