Ive been doing a lot of reading about this and am learning that whatever spring you go with be sure they are "Progressive Springs" otherwise ride quality goes out the window.
I'm leaning towards the Eibach Pro Kit, still undecided about this stuff really, I went with the Ford Racing last time with the 06 GT and although it was awesome on good roads its sucked azz on normal Phoenix roads.
I'm also learning that strut and shock rebound has a lot to do with ride comfort as well. Still learning this one. Overall though everyone says if you want a great ride buy a Cadillac.
I just cant figure out why ride quality cant be bought and still have a good suspension for the twisties!

I'm pretty sure the FRPP K-Springs are re-badged Eibach Pro's.

And I have to kinda agree with the last statement. IMO suspenion is dependant on the person, what rides/handles good for one might not rides/handles good for the other.
One of my previous cars that I went crazy one the suspenion would handle great in the twisties but wasn't a good comfortable ride on the streets. I liked it but others didn't. But since this is my daily and one I will have forever I want a good everyday driver.

I'll get the Koni's later on and probally have them toward the soft side most of the time.

Nice ride! I have heard good things about the Eibach Pro's also. Probably going to use them on my 08 GT down the road.

I have done the suspension mods to my 05, 07 and 08 Bullitt. Each time I used the FRPP springs, dampers & struts and sways. When Ford developed this package all components were done together, and much of the suspension components were proven on performance packages for the Mustang. If you are going to make changes it is best to go with the complete set-up by Rouch, FRPP, Eibach or whoever. Other wise the mix and match is trial and error and the latter can be costly and unpredictable. Now with Ford cracking down on mods for warranty issues, you can bet the service departments are looking closely at the cars. Remember I use my cars on the track.

Nah, those were taken in 2007. The first was taken at the Ford Racing Driving School at the Miller Motorsports Track in Utah, I was allowed to use my car in part of the class, that is why it is in cool down in the garage. It was vitrually set up the same as the school cars (which have the cats removed and ecm mods). The second was at the autocross at the Rocky Mountain Mustang Round-up. It was cooler then!

I have had more than a few suspension set-ups and IMO the kits are good, but I always found putting it together myself to best. I will agree that to find the perfect set-up take alot of trial and error....and cash. IMO suspension is user bias as not always do you find a suspension that works for all.
I do like the Eibach kits which are Ford Racing.

Ok, the car in the above pics is the 07 (manual trans), the 05 was also a red fire, I actually went to the North American Auto Show in Detroit in Jan of 04 to see the actual 05 Mustang at its first public showing. Came back and went to Sanderson to order one, I got the first 05 GT they delivered (it was an auto trans) Thanksgiving 04. The Bullitt was kind of an afterthought, it was by far the fastest and best handling of the three. It's suspension was already tuned so I just put on the FRPP springs to lower it, those springs made it to Seans yellow GT. One thing about the FRPP Track Pack, it adds oversteer (Mustangs because of their weight tend to understeer) which when controlled is great on tight autocross courses.

on my suspension I use the stock front springs with the frpp sway bar the rear has roush springs with frpp swap bar
the lakewood adjustable pan hard and body bar but I also have the edelbrock super charger which lowers the front one inch
no problems what so ever handles great steers fine oh duh my rear lower control arms are svt
