How to plug heater core outlet

Does anyone know how to plug the heater core outlet on the back side of the water pump? I have no need for this and the hole hase no threads to try and screw in a plug. Would a freeze plug work? If it did what size would it be? Do I need to tap and plug? Thanks for the help

freeze plug might work if you can find one tight enough

What engine you have would be helpful. I would assume a mod motor.
