HELP - Radio Buttons on Dim 2009

Hello All,

My radio lights in my 2009 Mustang are very dim...like they are barely on. I know they should look like the AC controls when the lights are on but do not. Any yes the control on the headlight switch is all the way up. Does anyone know what the problem would be? I kind of noticed it awhile ago but thought it was nothing but after driving my dad's 08 I knew it was a problem. Now I did add fog lights to it and the fog light switch but I don't think that would cause a problem...hopefully someone knows what's up..

Is the car still under warranty?

As far as I know it is...It does not have 30k miles on it yet and was bought new in 2009...Only had it less than 2 years. Was hoping it was something I could fix here but if need be I'll have the dealer look at it.
