Yes they can. Sometimes the dealer is only about $30 to do this. Plus you tow bill.

Or you can change it in your tune. But, the theft light will flash for a while then shut off every time you start the car.

I hope the intercooler pump will work automatically by using the 2003 engine compartment harness, guess I will find that out after I get it running.. I don't want to manually switch it on.. By the way how much HP can I make with a stock 03 engine using a stage 5 ported Eaton blower and upgraded pulleys and a good tune?

The intercooler pump is controlled by the computer so there will not be an issue. I think that confirms the question about the engine harness being changed to the 03' .
No idea how I missed that one lol.

Stage5 cars are usually 500-525 rwhp with supporting mods from what I have seen.
