My nephew is looking to buy a 99 SVT Cobra/450 HP, and I am looking for someone out in the Mesa area that could look it over to make sure it is good to go. I am pretty sure it has been ran like a raped ape and don't want to see him buy someones problem.

I had a 99. I would want to get the car on a lift if I was looking at it. Look at the IRS center section for leaks.
