Fantastic writeup- thanks for posting! I'm ready for my first oil change on my 2011 and I'm on the fence as to what oil to use. This thread has me leaning away from the Motorcraft oil:

I'm also struggling with having the dealership do it and am thinking of doing it myself or having PSR do it like I have in the past.
