2004 Mustang Cobra E-85 Tuning -- Burntire Burning Corn.

Finally got around to the E-85 conversion.
    Whipple 19PSI
    Ford 80lb injectors
Twin Gt Pumps, Fore Hat, Mdmjr. BAP still needs installed.
Aerquip TFE -8 Line , Aeromotive E-85 compatible Filter.

I tune the 80lb injectors on VP 109 with the stoich set at 13.6 "Thanks to Devin at PSR Tuning for the STFT and Load Suggestions"

    E-85 Tune

I changed the delta pressure to 50psi and changed the stoich to 9.76 and loaded the tune.

I drained the tank then added the E-85 which tested at 87% from Apache Sands in Mesa, AZ.

The car idles perfect. I did a few throttle hits and the A/F is in the mid 11's which is exactly how the race fuel was.

I will have more info when I get the BAP in.

Got the Boost a Pump installed. Duty Cycle was 99% set on 30. Set on 50 the duty cycle is 81%.

    Impressions so far.

When I first started the car on E85 I though somethings was wrong. I could only hear the blower wine and the idle was so smooth.
The car has never idled this nice on pump or race gas. Very Very smooth on E-85.

I have 19 degrees of timing in the car and it blows off the tires as bad as 23 degrees with race gas.

I can imagine how 23 degrees is going to feel. It will be a monster.

I am going to try to pull some more data by reducing the timing to 17.
