What is the big blue valve that is on top of the gas tank. There are two of them, one is short and doesn't go too far into the tank and the other is much longer. I broke the lip off of the big one trying to get it out and can't figure out what it is.

Yea one does, it has two nipples but one has nothing running to it :/
