New Drag racing class for late model street cars!!!!!

Hi, my name is Parish. I'm a race promoter for Az Grudge Racing.
We have just developed a new class for late model street cars!!
We have two races coming up at Speedworld Dragstrip on Oct 16 and Dec 11.
This is all heads up drag racing not bracket racing. For more info please go to Azgrudgeracing.com and take a look at the Rules section.

Ok so I have seen your other post on another website and the class has some serious problems with the rules! That is way to open! Are you expecting this to be a street class cause if you are it won't be and anyone who thinks this will be a 12-13 second class its far from that. And can you clarify what tire is to be run. IE a true off the shelf street tire or are you allowed to run any "DOT" tire. This class is set up the same and Street Challenge in the PSCA except they have way more restrictions and to be competitive in that class you have to be a low 10 sec. car on a "True Street Tire", 255/60/15 max! No DR's or modding the off the shelf tire in anyway. In fact a friend of mine who ran PSCA's Street Challenge class this last weekend got runner up with a 10.91 and the winner went 10.05 at 143. These cars are running either the M/T sportsman street radial or Pepboys Futura's.
