and how exactly is a shelby a wannabe? whats it trying to be? its already a legend i dont think shelby needs to be anything other than a shelby. and if a stroker v6 sounds like a 5.4 v8 with long tubes, then thats a damn good sounding v6. and kooks is some of the best headers out there and the gt500kr stuff is top notch. I just understand how it sounds like v6 and wannabe? LOL!!

Yep, same engine 4.3 stroker and nos set up as that guy's got, from the same company Super 6 Motorsports, thought you knew what the little purple import eater was packin' , hehehe

I was behind him when we left the sunset ford show, and it sounded great to me, of course that was awhile back, and I did hear he changed the exhaust on it since then, but did it affect the sound that much? I have long tube headers, x-pipe and 3" Bassani exhaust on mine and I know it doesn't sound like a V8 or a V6, has it's own unique sound, can't see how his V8 could sound like mine, I'll give a listen next time I see him and see what your talking about.

So dennis, the exhaust system we have now is pretty much the exact same that a kr with longtubes would sound like. I dont know what you think a mustang should sound like but on wot it sounds like a v8 race car not some damn little prius. now to me a car that dynos at 511rwhp is just badass. and i would love to see ANY v6 sound and perform like a 5.4 v8. and at least we havent had to replace the cats like 3 times. And you have longtubes now too so your saying that yours must sound like a turbo 4 or something.

And if you dont like how it sounds, just keep it to yourself. i dont sit here and bash on how everyones car sounds or performs or anything else. And cause i know youll bring up about darins car that was wade that started that thread and thats not downing his saleen just having some fun with his paint.

Honestly your car sounds a little high pitched like Kevins at WOT. Thats to be expected wiith long tube headers, high flow cats, and loud mufflers. But it doesn't matter your car is still awesome, it just needs a driver mod (joke). As long as you are happy with it that's all that matters. You know Denis is just messing with you? Now get the whipple upgrade now!!!!! LOL
