Got out of work the other night and found this. Surface is totally smooth,definitley chemical. Tried clay bar, an some polishing compound,but it didn't touch it. Hood is currently off car at bodyshop. Guess somebody doesn't like carbon fiber hoods on Mustangs

Its Black Carbon Fiber,depending how the light hits it,it changes. Was a cellphone pic,so not any larger. Work is roughly University &52 St ,in tempe
