The New GT500CR From Classic Recreations Is A Modern Rendition Of The Ever-Popular '67 ShelbyJason Engel knows that he's treading in familiar waters. In the past few years, American car manufacturers have seen a renaissance of sorts for some of their traditional cars, resuscitating classic vehicles with brand new benefits. They've also began an arms contest for horsepower, packing the current street rods with dizzying quantities of power. Chevrolet is launching a 580-horsepower Camaro, and Ford recently revealed some information on the 2013 Shelby GT Mustang. The new Shelby GT will produce 650 horsepower and top 200 miles per hour. Here is the proof guys: Horsepower arms race is on with 2013 Ford Shelby GT Mustang. This is awesome.
