Moving from Kalifornia to AZ

Hi Everyone, finally making the move to a normal state. Kali was getting go liberal for me.
I have a 98GT with LT's and only 2 cats on a BBK H pipe, could not get it smogged in Kali,
What are the rules like in AZ ?

Also I'm not a racer but would like to see it go down the strip, is there a local strip that's noob friendly.

if your engine light isnt on, and all your readiness monitors are set (minus 2 i think for 98) you will pass smog.

No lights, and all wires in place for the cats, Great, car needs paint, so I'll be looking for a local shop soon.
I'm looking forward to AZ, great roads and not too far to drive until your away from civilization.

We really dont have rules here haha. No check engine light and your gas cap locks then youre probably good to pass. They have a new line for 97 and newer cars with OBDII ports.
