i have a 2002 mustang gt. i was wondering how much hp can the stock internals handle? how much hp will the stock block handle?

Stock internals 450.
Stock block you can throw in forged or billet internals and run 600-1200+ hp.

Stock internals are a turkey shoot, I lifted ringlands at 425rwhp/450rwtq, have seen rods break at less than 400 and seen cars run years over 500, rods and pistons are insurance. The stock crank can live well into the 600hp mark as long as you don't spin it past 6500rpm
