Saturday we went to Cars & Coffee in Irvine, more exotics than you could imagine - met the reps from Roush, Saleen and Shelby. Then to SMS Supercars to meet Steve Saleen and tour their facility....first time seeing the 2011 Coyote Mustang, got to see the motor out of the car too. Later some of us went to the Peterson Museum in Hollywood then had a cold beer at the boardwalk on Venice Beach. To cap off the day it was to fried chicken at Knott's.
