Tires and wheel deal

Hello,

I have a shop that is offering me a new set of 07 GT 500 take off wheels with F1 tires for $900. I see them online for about the same price. Anyone riding on these? I have an 01 GT Conv I will put them on. I really like the GT40 wheel better but, can't find one in a color other than black.

The offset for the 2005 and newer cars is different that yours. It will sit inside the wheelwell more. I would get some wheels that are correct for your year.

thanks for the info. I had thought of how they would fit. The guy at the "Mustang shop" seemed to think it would be ok. Perhaps you are correct. Beautiful picture of your car! What shows do you go to around town? I was at the Good Guys show this past weekend. See ya around.

if it is the mustang shop that has the wheels/tires, see if they will let you put two wheels on one side and see how they fit.

As for my beater, probably be at the rock and roll show this weekend if I get a few things worked out.
