    New old guy

Hey all. New to the site and pretty new to owning a Mustang. My first actually and I have been bitten. 2003 GT, black on black. My wife bought it for me as a DD so I could keep my 2006 Silverado SS parked in the garage. Picked it up from an older gentleman who only put 16,000 miles on it. When I got it, it was pretty well abused on the outside. 6 years of sitting in the AZ sun did some damage so I had some work to do. New taillights and headlights. Also needed to get the scoop and wing repainted along with the car being totally buffed out. Inside was in great shape. Now the car looks pretty good. I have already done a few things to it. MRT catted H pipe and a Sniper tune. Next up is some gears and catback. And I am sure it won't stop there. The car is a blast to drive. Anyway I am glad I found this site, because I have been looking for a local AZ forum. Anyway here are a few shots of the Stang and a couple of the SS thrown in for good measure.

I actually like driving the stang more then the SS. As soon as I get gears I plan on taking it to the track. I have run the SS and turned a 14.9 which may seem slow, but the truck weighs a lot. I am curious to see what the stang runs.

    Thanks for the welcome all!

great lookin rides! love those ss trucks, a good friend had a black one, and that was just a riot to drive. though, the scream of a supercharger on my lightning is nice, the awd of those ss's made for a fun drive.
