Sweet, I am going to see what the California Specail or other specail editions look like before I get my 5.0
can't wait to get a wrecked one and pull that motor out..hahahaha

Don't get too excited, with 11:1 compression you'll be running stock until
you change pistons so you can supercharge! With the cost of supercharging
this engine there will be a lot of stock 5.0's driving around. So our
supercharged 4.6's will be eating up these stock 5.0's!!

I would guess for the same amount of money as a decent supercharger there's head work or new heads, cams and supporting mods to get over 500 NA HP out of these motors. Still no match for a terminator with a KB or Whipple but still pretty bad nonetheless.
has ford or motor trend or anyone released performance times for it.. I would think that with 400+ hp and say 3600 lbs the car should be a 12.8-13.0 car in stock form..
as far as the boost and the 11:1 comp.. just run a few pounds less.. its still going to make power...also with that dual VCT, I would if there is some compression that can bleed off with the cams and the tune..
