thats what I always thought when it came to meth kits. more components to potentially fail and cost a motor build.

I plan to run a meth injection but I wont get tuned for the added octane boost. I plan to run strictly for IAT cooling this summer. Even with the intercooler my car pulls just about all timing in 110-115 heat...I only drove in september so far...

I will just suck it up at the pumps when I want to run 100+ octane.

I've seen lots of 03-04 cobra hittin 17-22 psi and 600+ hp on pump gas with stock long blocks. I mean seen on the intraweb.

The only thing is that you have to account for the additional fuel in your tune you're adding by using the Meth

My new motor isnt stock, but I had the same turbo set up on my old car with a stock motor. I ran 16psi with 14* on 91 octane and similar combos were making 650rwhp. With 24psi and 110 octane, it was retarded power and the stock block took it like a champ. It's all in the tune man. If you're local, give PSR a call and have Devin tune it.
