Really they usually re-drag and prep the track more based on my past few times there. You would think with all the clock issues they could have did more touch up prep.

next time can you ask them if they can spare some water for the burnout box? I know its asking a lot but I think it would have saved 2 clutches that night!

Well........after your first run and I looked at the track, I went to the tower and talked to some people. I didn't think it would get me any place, but they did do some work just before we came up. Now if the lighting had been a bit better, maybe Dana could have seen the groove better.

Just get you butt out of your car and spray your own water. I've had to do it many placed that I've raced.

Firebird is notorious for lack of water in the box and for poorly getting people into and out of the water box. They are not so big on allowing people up past that fence except for the Jr Dragster parents. I've attempted to go out and put down some water for a friend and was told to stay behind the fence and the tard manning the box wouldn't listen about putting more water down...
