Went to the track yesterday and when i made my first pass i only had a 1/4 tank of gas in it and 60 ft a 1.49 leaving from 1600rpm and shifted into second and fell on its face and threw a p0148 code (fuel delivery malfunction) and then picked back up in third..i went and hit it from a 2nd gear roll on the street and it was fine. So im figuring that the gas sloshed in the back of the tank and starved the pumps which made it throw that code and go in limp mode...anyone ever had this happen to them? Just wondering

Consider 1/4 of a tank empty when at WOT.

Have at least 1/2 a tank when at the track or bad things can happen.

ok so you would run 1/2 tank or more...hopefully that will take care of the problem until winter, then i might try and put a sump in it..

It actually says in the owners manual not to go WOT with 1/4 tank or less.
