Shot a plug

Alex (AHawkins) car shot a plug out this morning while he was pulling into work. From what I could see the plug came clean out and didn't drop into the motor. Where can he get it heli-coiled and about how much does it cost?

Any auto parts store for about $10 you will need a tap also

use a little bit of grease so the metal shavings dont fall in the motor.
