Finally got some ammo

Glock 17, Final 2 Magazines, 7 yards.

Rapid Bursts of 3, Weaver Stance. 2 chest 1 head with some variations depending on my happy finger.

Not too bad for not shooting for 6 months. 5 out of 34 rounds went out of my acceptable range, but they were still hits.

Nice pattern there Burntire, we'll have to go shooting some time, I was a expert marksman back in my military days, deck gunner, lots of fun. I used to get about the same diameter pattern only with just with 1 shot, love that 50 cal man, ever want to treat yourself go out to Fort Knox for the annual machine gun shoot in the fall, took my 50 cal out there, shot a stick of dynamite ducked taped to a frig with a tracer round on the first shot, frig went about 30 feet in the air, the guy next to me had twin 30 cals on a tripod and pelted me with brass.

Here in Anaheim it's an indoor range, very nice! And my mistake, it was my Springfield XD9. First try and very surprised, the 3 inch model! The Anaheim Police use the range all the time. Look close, there are two hits in the bullsye, I thought I missed the second shot altogether! Very supprised with this one! My son is my witness!:icon_cool:

Not that far... the target said official 25 yrd for NRA, I think. Midway down the range. Not rapid fire like Burntire.
