Pan Vs. Case Fill C-4

I need to get a new oil pan for my automatic c-4 on my 69 as the one is the OEM origonal and kinda outta shape and leaking badly. Looking at an aluminum with the cooling fins 1 quart ext fill and a drain plug. What is included to convert from a pan to a case? i know there is a fitting you have to get to move the stick but how does that work? and how big of a task is it? i have an extra fel-pro gasket for the pan ready on hand and this one i am looking at comes with new bolts for the pan. i dont need a new filter the oil is brand new. and the filter has been changed twice since it was flush 1000 miles ago.
