wtb 03 mustang v6 battery and 16" tire

A friend needs a couple things and doesn't have a whole lot of money to buy brand new stuff so if anyone has this stuff layin around name a price and hopefully we can work out a deal.

wtb a battery for a 03 mustang and a 225/45/16 tire (I think this is the stock size on her car.)
