Ordered the bumper painted from Pershing Auto Body Part in Illinois for $355 shipped, and actually they are now $199 unpainted: http://www.pershingauto.com/new-front-bumper-cover-20032004-ford-musta.html

Finally got around to installing it Saturday. Everything went smoothly, came with the brackets to mount to the fenders and 2 rivets but I had to run to Ace anyways for push pins, nut/washers/bolts anyways. Fit and finish is just like stock. Even has the factory orange peel! :biglaugh:

Will get some better pics but need new brake pads, front tires and need to cut the springs hopefully by next weekend. BTW Ford wanted around $650+ for a painted bumper.

Your doing it wrong! Spend money on speed parts!!

j/k mang!

Did you have damage on the original bumper? Can't see anything but some smudges from the first couple of pics

:biglaugh: So true....Ya the clips on the passenger side were broken so it would hang off a little bit plus numerous rock/paint chips. Im working on suspension/brakes now. Found replacement rotors and ceramic pads for $375 shipped! Once the car can handle the power, Ill allow it to make more :)

Nothing crazy...cutting half a coil all the way around, new 14mm front IRS bolts(replace 12's), and eventually get the Delrin bushings for the IRS. Im sure a clutch will be in my future. This weekend ill be painting the calipers, replacing the pads/rotors, and doing the springs. Maybe installing my wideband if I get time too

thats the route im taking too. im just going to build up the IRS instead of going solid.
