I finally got out to the track with the Th-400 for the first time.
It was a cool night in Phoenix only 85-90 LOL.
The track prep was not the best as I could only get a 1.48 60ft
I picked up and average of 3mph over the six speed. This best six speed runs were done when it was 50 degrees out. I am looking forward to cooler weather and a sticky track. I know it will do a low 10.

Here are the videos.

I have not idea. That is the last thing I would be looking at. I am sure it is a bunch.

I am suprised that Turbo 400 is so fuel efficient :biglaugh:

What rpm do you have your two-step and transbrake set at??

So you are not even leaving off the brake??

I am suprised you choose a higher stall, I figured you would want it tighter (200-300rpm below peak torque).

I wanted 3500 and the converter has already been sent back one time to get tightened. 3900 seems to be ok. If it pulls consistent 1.3x I will be happy. It is very tight on the top end. I am trapping around 6000 rpm. So there is less than 5% slip.

awesome man. you can deff tell by the vid those were not your best launches and it still went 1.4s. itll come around.

I love how you went up in mph too w/ no other changes. my car deff felt faster w/ the auto in it and it showed at the track too. everyone loves to say how the auto slows you down.

the best i could get was 13.1 at 115mph with a 2.3 60ft.. sucked...
:( pretty sad considering my best time on street tires is 12.5 at 115 mph with a 1.9 60ft. i just couldnt hook .
