Bought a new home in Chandler

Well after to moving Ahwatukee for 6 months in a rental I just bought a home in Chandler and I'm exited to own a home again. Closing date is June 1st. The neighor acrosst the street as a completly redone 70 Chevelle and the other house next door has the new Camaro.

Enough room for the Stangs.

I'm not sure if it's a Fulton or Fulton Ranch. The listing states Fulton but I recall the house number stating Fulton Ranch. I could be wrong but it is a Fulton.
