I'm looking to buy a house within the next few weeks in the surprise area. If anyone knows of any around them let me know. Looking for 3 or 4 bedroom houses with at least a 2 car garage

there is a bunch of homes in suprise. what are u looking to spend? there is one on w jenan dr that is 199k (back in jan of 07 it was worth 460k) 4200sq/ft 4bed 3.5 bath 3 car garage huge ass master (21x14) also has 42'' oak cabinets has 2 separate stairways to up stairs

or if your going low end there is one off of w cottonwood st for 85k 2001 sq/ft 3bed 2 bath 2 car garage, a nice lil home.

yea i'm pre approved for the loan. I org asked for $110,000 because saw a lot in that price range i liked, now wish i asked for a tiny bit more , but that should be a problem i'd imagine.

just be patient you have time to find the right one for 110k, i dont see the market climbing back up yet. im looking for the same price range but there doesnt seem to be many at all on my side of town, dont really wana move away from where im at. Good luck tho and i hope that website helps you

out here i found a lot found 13 I want to go look at. I think i'm going to call and see if i can get moved up to 120 that adds a few more.

You should have no problem finding something under $120K in Surprise. Just don't get too close to El Mirage.

Try to stay west of Reems..

For the guy in Gilbert....$120K will be a challenge unless you drop way down to Riggs and find some bank owned deals.

I just missed a 1860sqft 4bd/3ba home in QC for $86K last month. Yes, it did need alittle work, but $7500 would of brought that home right up too par. It sold in three days. I found it on the fourth.
