I'm looking to put together an adult baseball team. There would be two options really, City of Surprise and City of Peoria. Was looking for pretty much anybody (age, sex don't matter basically as long as you are over 18 and not in a wheelchair) who wants to play some baseball.

There is a cost involved, would work out to $10-15 a game depending on the city and how many people we could get to come out for the team. All cost would be due up front to help pay registration costs. If you are interested either post in here or pm me.

Honestly I looked at some in the east valley as well and I didn't really see any that interested me. I wouldn't mind making the drive, I just want to play some baseball again. Softball is fun, I play 2 nights a week, but its not quite the same.

Also here is a league I was EXTREMELY interested in until I saw where they played. 87 miles 1 way from my house and with a truck that gets 16 miles to the gallon thats really not an option.

They are accepting individual players which is the only one in the valley I have seen do that. Every other league requires team registration.

i live in gilbert, and im definately interested. my prob is i would only be able to play at nights (like 7pm+) during the week, 5pm+ on saturdays, and all day sundays.

Beyond playing a little softball and tossing the baseball around I haven't played in 5 years. I think if we get this going we could find a more central location for a couple practices. Kinda want to get everybodies arms into shape, especially pitchers.

Man, I wish I could play but my back would never last one game.

Years ago I used to play in a west side league. Our sponsor was the titie bar out at Luke. All airmen and I was the only civilian..
