Got around to upgrading my fuel line today to get my duty cycle in check.

Prior to the swap my duty cycle was 92% at 6000 RPM stock pumps BAP at 50
Now my duty cycle is 85% with the BAP on 50 so I will be able to back the BAP down some for street duty.

Thanks to Jared at Lethal for hooking me up with all the parts.

I followed the stock fuel line, but used a different filter location.

15 feet of Fragola -8an Push-Lite Hose (I had about 1 ft left over)
1- Lethal Performance -8an to Stock Fuel Rail Adapter
2 -Fragola -8an Straight Push-Lite Race Hose End
2677

I decided to attach the filter on the passenger side of the car for easy access.

1 -Aeromotive Billet Fuel Filter (10 Micron Element)
2 -Fittings for fuel filter
2 -Fragola -8an Straight Push-Lite Race Hose End
2678

Lethal provided a quick disconnect that coupled with a -8an union fitting. This allows you to connect to the stock hat in a stock manner.

Being the filter is in a different location I didn't have to mess with angled hose ends.

Looks great Jeff and thanks for the props!

I've added the upgrade kit to our new website which we'll be launching here in the next week.

Thanks again!

Jared

If there is one thing I would do different it would have been a 45 degree hose end at the hat for easier line routing.

I have a bag in the garage. Those are heavy. Zip ties = quicker ET's.

Impossible to install in the tunnel when you follow the stock line and the drive shaft is in so the zip ties are there for a while.

what did you end up using to conect the line to the top of the hat?

Looks good. To keep everything "stealth" you should have ordered the Russell fuel rail adapter, cheaper too........

Nice, maybe your pumps will last little longer with the boost a pump. It will be interesting to see if your et's improve. Nice zip ties, lol.

Jared got me a fitting the connects directly to the hat

Aeromotive 3/8" to -8an Oring Quick Disconnect

Fragola -8an Union Fitting

Price is about the same with the deal I got. Hey the blue adds a little style under the hood. LOL

What kinda hp can those cobra fuel rails support?

700 seems to be about the limit.

700 seems to be about the limit.

I know I've pushed my car over that. I did a banzi blast at 25 psi and still had fuel.

I was wondering the same thing. I think I would do rails to being the rail inlet is 3/8.

I am not into doing things for no reason. Pulling the blower off to do rails will not happen until I need the fuel. I still have stock pumps and a BAP and have sufficient fuel with the line upgrade.

Ok, there was no offense intended. Everything I do on the Cobra comes with lots of thought right or wrong.
