Finally up and running

Well, aside from a small leak where the turbo outlet and downpipe flanges meet, she's alive! BB 76mm Hellion kit and a 75 shot to spool. I do have what seems to be a slight miss or a pop every now and then at idle. What's weird is that it goes away if I turn on my ac. Any suggestions? I already checked vacuum lines, new FRPS, changed plugs, cleaned maf, checked injector harnesses and coilpacks.

are the injectors balanced? (not just from the factory, but flow tested).

whats the idle rpm difference with a/c on/off.

Is it tuned for the turbo kit, yet? That might be a reason for the pop. I'd call Hellion to see if there's something they'd be able tell you. Heck, they're the ones that built the kit, right?
