View Full Version : Newb from Southern Indiana
Got lucky finding this sight. Was looking for info of pprv delete and it took me here. I own a 2003 DSG Cobra Vert. Mods are bassani catted x, bassani cat-back, JLT rai, 2.80 pulley with all the idlers, MMFLSFC, Steeda Sport Springs, and just ordered a styling bar. I'll post some pics in the pics area. Looks like a great sight.
Welcome. Lots of good info and great people here.

Yea I am. 1st second gear with a hard shift it falls flat on its face. It's like the TC is on, but its been turned off by my tuner. Can the turner try to retune to correct it or should I just go ahead and dothe pprv delete?

Are you letting the gas off when you shift? Is it a momentary hesitation then it refires a second later? Do you have 60lb injectors?

Hey, another Hoosier in the house! Northwest Indiana here. Welcome, this is a good place to come to for info and good people.
I say get rid of that stupid valve and never look back, I have plans on doing it one day I just don't have time to drop my tank. Any pics of the Cobra??
Nevermind just saw your pics in the other thread... Very nice, and I'm going to assume stock (blue) injectors based on your pics of the motor
stock injectors. Yes its a full hesitation and then off I go. Starting to drive me nuts.

Logging and adjusting the fuel pump voltages tables helps some.
Removing the PPRV will fix it for sure.
I moved to phoenix after living in evansville for 25 yrs.....
