not that i expect it to actually sell off of here, it's still worth a try to at least get the word out. i'm barely putting it on the market. so here goes:
i bought this house new in Jan 2007. I have been renting it out to an elderly couple that has now moved to sun city (only residents EVER) and i would like to get rid of this house. i purchased it for a bit over 450k. i'm looking to get 250k out of it, appraisal is still a little bit above 375k, but i want it gone sometime soon, like now(great investment opp). it's entirely too far and too big for what i want right now.
it's in perfect condition, they didn't have pets or smoke. it's 3000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 FULL bathrooms. LARGE kitchen, dining room, family room, den, large windows in both kitchen and all 3 bedrooms. all rooms have walk in closets. fully upgraded. tiling throughout bathrooms. upgraded and really nice wood flooring throughout rest of house. raised cabinets, molding, all black appliances including washer dryer. skyights galore. 1 story. beautifully landscaped out back and out front with tons of trees along the windows to keep sun out and the house shaded. It has one of the most spacious floor plans ever. scottsdale/north phoenix area.
