Is it just me, or do 99% of the foreigners who do burnouts insist on acting like a jackass in the process...ie hanging out of the car, standing right next to it etc?

Wow, if that car wouldn't have flipped they would have plowed into like 9 kids and who knows what's on the other side of that wall. That kid could have been smashed too if he wouldn't have gotten back into the car so quickly. Boy do I miss my youth, when I was too young to know any better, now i'm old enough to know better but too young to care lol
