Just a short cruise out to Tortilla Flats for anyone interested.

Meet up at 9am at the QT on the corner of University and Ellsworth, right off the 202 and University, go east 200 yards.

Leave around 9:15-9:30.

The gift shop should be open for ice cream.

I was out there 2 Sundays ago early in the monring and there was hardly anyone there...maybe 10 bikes and 10 cars.

Better check the weather channel, cause Sat evening is exactly when we are supposed to get hit by that storm front moving up from the Texas-Mexico Gulf. And Sunday looks like rain throughout the day. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but it don't look good weather wise.

Just remember if it does rain a bunch out there there will be a ton of debris all over the switchbacks. I have worked out in AJ for over 10 years and 88 can be very fun but watch out for those rocks and sand!! Many washes cross it!

Thanks to those that showed up.

Short, but a fun ride.

Traffic wasn't bad. About half the run we had the road to ourselves, that's always nice.

Thanks Blackmagic for the tip on running rich.... I'll check into that this fall when it cools down a little.
