20" wheels on the rear ??????????????

Hi All I,ve got the chance of a very nice set of wheels they are 20"x10 rear and 20"x9 front with 275/35x20 amnd 255/35x20 tires.
Does anyone know if they will fit straight on my 2003 cobra without any mods?????????????????????:pinkthumb:

It would depend on the backspacing of the wheel. A 20" wheel will fit but have to know the backspacing to know if they will fit the car.

as far as the SIZE of the wheels and tires i had those EXACT SIZES....they will fit on the car without having to modify any body stuff in any way. i have done it and i have SWEET PICTURES if you are interested. no problems and it looks mean.

i only hated SAYING that i had 20's with all this DUB craze going on around here......only because its not an lowerider chevy impala, you know what i mean??

but again it looked sick, everyone at car shows would say "man those wheels are sick, what size are they".......ME "thanks umm, they are 20x10 and 20x9"......every time without fail the response is "oooh cool........." ha ha you should do it!

i just noticed you said they are off an 07.....so were these on my old car...i just ran about 1/4 spacer in the back, fronts fit right on, you could run a little wider 1/2 rear spacer to space it away from the inner fender a bit more for that tough look if you want, ( i did that too)

Dooooooooooon't do it! There are just some cars 20's don't belong on. The 03/04 Cobra's are one of em.

They fill the wheel arch much better than standard 17".

i do have 19" wheels that look the same as those aswell. you can't tell a visual diff. between the 2 diff. rim sizes when i would swap them out.
the 20" looks like a deeper rear lip is all.

Yea, I agree with Slow04Cobra, 20's just don't look as good on the 03-4 Cobras as they do on the newer stangs. Although, Nitto does make a 20" DR now, so at least you could still get it to hook on the street if you decide to go with 20's.
