GT40 heads

I need to know the difference between stock 5.0 heads and the GT40 heads and the GT40P heads...port size, valve size, combustion chamber cc's, performance gains...all of that stuff. Thanks:pepper:

Now I have more questions about GT40 heads. Will TrickFlow R intakes work on the GT heads? Will the valve covers fit? Will BBK shorty headers fit??
