Numerous sound clips should help you decide:

Hopefully you can see them all...

For any 4v....Bassani
I love the magnaflows on my GT but theres nothing like the sound of a full bassani exhaust on a mustang 2v, 3v, or 4v all sound great!

lol funny you say that my mustang i had bassani my camaro i have magnaflow. I like both, they both have a great sound at wot. Get bassani if you want louder exhaust. Get the magnaflow if you want a quiet exhaust when cruising normal, but really wakes up when you get on the car

It's a matter of personal preferance. I have a full (Catted) Magnaflow system on my 04' Mach, love the sound. Am allways lowering the passenger window before driving into a tunnel, or under an overpass. Listen to the sound clips, and decide what you prefer. Ruckus46GT is right, the Magnaflow system really wakes up under throttle application.
i think its a tough call, i had an slp loud mouth/offroad x pipe (which i have heard is alot like the bassani catback) on my 04 cobra. i loved it, i would keep my foot out of it to avoid being noticed driving it to work (so i saved a ton on gas lol, and got to wake up the valley when it was go time).
on my current 03 i have a bassani offroad x and magnaflows and its amazing. it really reminds me of the Corsa set up from my fbody, sounds like i wasted my money when you start it up (same as stock), but when you get up to speed or bury the throttle it has very throaty, full bodied, and low tone'd even at redline

Thanks alot guys magnaflow its gonna be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know a great guy, Greg at Mighty Muffler on Cave Creek - 10034 N Cave Creek Rd (602) 944-5785
This guy is great and honest. Wont charge you an arm and a leg, hes done about 5 cars for me and has always been cheaper than anyone else Ive priced.
Im sure you probably have your own shop, but if you dont I'd give this guy a shout. Hes also a Magnaflow dealer.
You'll be happy with the MagnaFlow, I like Flowmaster myself, but mostly you want to be concerned with the drone sound on highway speeds. Get the wrong exhaust and you'll regret it.

^^I don't think UK 2003 COBRA will be using a muffler shop on Cave Creek - probably 6000 miles from him.
DOH! Im an idiot, didnt even realize that he was in the UK. Guess your right!! :biglaugh:
THAT has got to be a cool car to drive around town it huh? As long as its not raining which is about 10 days a year though right?
