Well it has been a long time coming, and i know that some people on here have been waiting for this post. After 5 months of building i finally got the car on the dyno and got some serious pulls out of it. for those that do not know here is the complete mod list giver or take a few things i may have missed.
2003 cobra
283 CI (stock block bored .20 over)
CP 17cc dished pistons
Hellion single turbo kit
Turbonetics T-76 s-trim turbo
accelleron 96lb injectors
accelleron driver box
Aeromotive eliminator return fuel system with eliminator pump
accufab twin 62mm throttle body
UPR tubular K-member
coilover front suspension with blistein shocks
magnaflow wide open exhaust with turndowns before the rear axle
Solid axle swap- Ford 9"
3.25 gear ratio
35 spline axles
Detroit locker tru trac locker
GT rear brakes

Anyway it went on the dyno for a tune today on 110 octane. the best pull was with 21#'s of boost and 18* of timing. it has more i it but the 9# wastegate spring is preventing it from making any more boost until i get a bigger one in it. On the strongest pull with a warm motor it threw down 763.8 rwhp and 822 ft lbs of rwtq. i think it still has about 100 more hp in it with the boost up at 25#'s. here is a photo of the dyno graph.

i drove it earlier and the street tires that are on it right now are worthless it will spin all the way through every gear up till the end of 4th. i am going to try my other set with nittos on them. if those don't work i am going to give it a try with the MT ET Streets.

now if it would just keep the tires under it. even from a 4th gear roll it will spin them.

awesome numbers man, easily a 9 second car there.

mod motors + turbo = sex. theres a guy on our v6 forum who swapped a gt500 motor in, and went with a turbo, on only 13psi he went 10.7 without using the transbrake.

Tru trac is what i thought it was. i am going to check though. it cam fully assebled already in my 3rd section. but i thought it was ordered with a tru trac

I didn't think they made a 35 spline tru trac. I was just curious.
Does it make some clicking when turning? If so it is a locker.

oh yeah it clicks. must be a locker. it was one of thiose things that was up in the air and i know some things were changed last minute to accomodate that may have been one of them.

Is it annoying in the turns?

I will probably do a 9" someday and don't want to spool it.

it is not too bad, can get a little jerky at times but way better than having a spool.

Found a crappy dyno one, while working on tuning for pump gas. numbers were not great here.

I'm not a huge fan of the sound of a turbo car but you gotta love (and respect) the numbers and times they put down. That's a bad ass ride you have there.

Don't get me wrong, I would not mind having a coupe one day with a turbo set up one day it just does not have that muscle sound, particularly in the exhaust area. BTW, you have to change your sig now.

we all have our pref's. personally i completely dig the turbo sound, and and in awe of the power a turbo stang can put down, but when i mash the gas in my s/c'd car, i am in aweof the sound it makes too. its all what can can afford and what makes ya happy.

he is one of the tuners listening for detonation. whithe headphones on and your head close by the motor i buess you can hear even the smallest hint onf detonation.
