Man, that's just senseless, when are people going to learn, racing is for the track, on top of that he was racing a neon, why did he even bother... like I said senseless.

It depends. We usually cut the belts if we can't get to the buckle. Most of the time, they're not wearing them anyway.

this is truly sad. heres a video showing more of the story with the interviews of the parents. the things that those parents have to go through. horrible.

It looks like the father is still in shock. I had to make one of those middle of the night phone calls to a mother but her son lived although his right arm was degloved.

That is truely a sad story! I can not believe that the car actually split into 2 parts. I am a frim believer that the track is were the racing should be done.:tearsofjoy:
