So drivin home from work this morning right around 83rd Ave and Olive I noticed a Peoria PD Black and White with what appear to be Photo Radar Strobes mounted on the Driver and Passenger side of the cruiser. That would lead me to believe that they are settin up shop like they would normally if they were runnin radar. But apparently they have a little surprise in store for the unlucky driver that thinks that he wont pull them over for doin around 5 over. BEWARE!!!!
Also Glendale PD has what looks like a Commercial Enforcement Vehicle which is a COMPLETELY unmarked White F350. It looks like a white truck with a camper shell and (I believe) a chrome brush guard. Just like half of the the Super Duty's runnin around town! Only this one comes with a surprise as well!!! He had someone pulled over facing away from me so all i saw was the light strip between the bumper and the tailgate.
So Keep an eye out!!! I dont want to see anyone outsmarted by the cops. But most of all just drive safe and hopefully we wont have to deal with any of these individuals.

yea not sure what kind of car its in but they just got a nice motor for a car from chevy to drop in to a car they will be using. Also i'd stay away from racing crews/clubs lets just say they are building very strong cases and about ready to go after a few since they have a lot on them
A new Vette had someone pulled over in my neighborhood a few days ago

Watch out for Shea between the 101 and Fountain Hills they have a few sneaky places now taking pictures, and you don't even realize it until you see the flash.
I also saw a Toyota Sequoya had someone pulled over with only lights in the Grill and a strobe hanging out the drivers window like the old Starsky and Hutch days.
They are definitely getting smarter and making it more difficult to know whos who now. Its a huge money maker so be careful out there.
I always do the speed limit

my best friends dad is a sheriff and one of the new things that they agreed to in the department is that they can take there own personal cars ad put computers and lights on em and make them car that way there is more undercover and they are not wasting money on the department cars.his dad ahas a sheriff motorcycle and and tahoe costom painted black and silver with 22" rims.

Awhile back I was on my way home from work, in my 88' GT, on Thunderbird, when a black Charger with dark tinted windows tried to bait me into racing. The Car is my daily driver, with 223 thousand miles on it, no way was I going for it. Found out later, that the Car is Glendale Pd, and has done this sucessfully to others (lots of fast Foxes on the westside!).
It rings of Police entrapment, but who wants to shell out the money for an attorney. Bottom line has to be, be smart about when, and where you are going to have a little fun.

Unfortunately there is no longer a law for Entrapment.

out here in Surprise there is black mustang. saw him in across from my neighborhood several times and in the el mirage area. you couldnt tell on this one either till the lights are on.
also around bell and 67th ave, theres a lot of street drags. that is another lil area undercover cops try and taunt people who are speed-endowed.
Ya i just went through court for racing and got a 300$ fine and cant get another within 2 years.

ouch! was it worth it?
Being in public safety, I recommend taking caution when messing around on the streets. There are more unmarked cars equipped with lights and sirens than you can imagine. Just everyday cars and trucks too. You'd never know it until the lights come on. Don't try to outrun them either. You can't outrun the radio.
