Screw fed ex. i ordered a couple things from jegs all scheduled for delivery today. Most of the stuff i didnt even need except for 1 thing. Well get my mail today and get everything but the thing i needed. It still says in transit. So i call and talk to fed ex and guess what they loaded it on the truck to tempe instead of glendale like the package says. I ask them if i can pick it up from there main place since i need the item to race tomorrow (not really but wanted to test out the new rims and needed these tires). I ended up bitching at them for 20 mins then called up jegs told them i know its not there fault but i want to file a claim and have them compensate me for my loss etc. I'm living right now, why couldnt they loose the other crap i didnt need just ordered cause the service fee jegs charges was already covered lol

They won't let you go to the distribution center and pickup your package at the end of the day? I did that once, although it was a PITA driving all the way down there.

nope i was told i can not do that. I can only wait until monday. That was the first thing i asked

That's total BS- seriously. I had this happen with a credit card I left at a hotel and the hotel sent it to me via FedEx. Somehow it got on the wrong truck and all I had to do was go down to the main center on either Thomas or Indian School (forgot which one) and pick it up after the truck returned. Bastards.

i just called fed ex again got someone a little more helpfull. the tires are at tempe at a sorting depo not at a reg facility so i can not pick them up due to no customer service center being there

LOL I was just thinking that. I always get my stuff shipped UPS. Too many personal bad experiences with Fed-Ex.

lol yeah i had to think about it and everything i buy i try to ship UPS and i cant htink of any complaints
