I live on a nice quiet street in Gilbert. I've never had any problems with
the neighbors. Then some punk kids come along and ruin it. I'm sure it was some teenage vandals. I'd like to :bitchslap:
I was able to get the egg off before it did too much damage. But there is damage. I couldn't get a great picture of it, but in the red boxes, there are three spots where the paint is gone. They must have been the impact points and the shells chipped the paint out.

Anyone know of a good paint shop that can fix this?
makes me wanna kill someone.
****in kids
That sucks, although I don't have a reference on good bodyshop, I would be interested in the outcome of the paint fix.

I've been needing to get some dings and chips fixed anyway, so I might as well see if I can get this all done at once.

Yeah, I know, it could have been worse. The neighbor thought I had been sideswiped when he first saw it Saturday night.

I agree with 03cobrazz.
There's not much vandalism in my neighborhood, but it does happen.
After seeing your Mustang like that, I am getting a nice car cover, and make sure my security cameras are turned on, on the weekends.

All I can say is that at least the damage isn't THAT bad. It could be worse...a car was rear ended in a friend's gated community here in Gilbert and the person took off leaving the BMW completely torn up, at least here it is only eggs. Though these little bastards who did this deserve to get their azzes handed to them.
Talking about all of this damage has me worried does anyone know where to get a really good car cover that blocks the heat the possible sun damage and possibly the little sh**s in the neighborhood?

I know this is random to bring back from the dead. But i was looking at old subscriptions and came across this and was just curious about "The Car Capsule". Apparently it is a vacuum bubble in which you put your car into zip it up and there are fans inside that blow air out and keep moisture out. Has anyone ever heard anything about these? maybe helps with dust control out here in az?

Before spening all that money, Try emailing the Clubs Detailer, He may have a cheaper suggestion. Here is his email....

He has been doing the detailing for quite some time. Good lock and I hope you catch them, Little crack snackers sheesh

Not a bad price if you want to protect your car and dont have a garage or room for a garage.

OP did you get the paint fixed? Would be interesting to hear what they did. My paint looks like shit. Only thing that can make mine shine again is a new paint job.

Why do you say that? Cracking of the paint or what?

Sons of bitches woulda' had 9 or so, roughly quarter inch sized lead balls to remove from their asses if I'd have caught them. That is absolutely un-called for.
