Halo Headlights Question

I put these projector/halo headlights on my stang, first I'm havin' one hell of a time lining them up, but my question is, are the halo's legal to run on the street here in arizona, or do I need to wire them to a switch and turn them off when I'm driving.

I'm going to have to light them up tomorrow to be sure, but I think they are suppose to put a blue tint around the projector.

If they are like a whitish blue then you should be fine the new BMW's come stock like that and they are not switched so i think your in the clear
